Is there a person limit for a room?

Yes. Each Airbnb room is designed to accommodate a limited amount of guest at one time.

Can I bring my pet?

All pets must be approved by us first.
While we do not allow pets in the Airbnb rooms, I do own a dog grooming business that resides on the Switchyard property where your dog can stay during your stay with us if we have availability. There will be a minimum fee of $25 for each dog.

Can I smoke?

There will be a fee of $100 minimum if we find any evidence of smoking in our rooms! These are our new rooms and we would like to keep them clean for many years to come. So please do not smoke.

Is there a cleaning fee?

We do not charge a cleaning fee. If you would like to tip the house cleaner, that would be a great blessing. Please follow the rules posted on the board hanging in Livingroom.

Can I bring my kids?

If you have kids feel free bringing them, if you don't mind, bedding them on the couch or recliner in our rooms that have them. Our smaller rooms do not have couches or recliners.
